This document is of extraordinary importance. As reflected in the Petition of Signatures, its content proves that the intervention of the two companies, Afinsa and Forum Fiatélico was clearly due to a political decision and, therefore, our appeal request to the European Parliament is absolutely justified.

Especially, considering the fact that, fourty three months later, the Spanish Justice is still looking for evidence to justify the shutting down of two businesses and the theft of the money of over four hundred sixty thousand people.

In any civilized and democratic country, evidence is gathered before taking judiciary actions. In our case, the opposite has been the case: the government of José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero gave the order to intervene the companies to subsequently engage in search for evidence that would have justified such intervention. And they can not find it.

Este documento es de una extraordinaria importancia. Tal y como queda reflejado en la Petición de Firmas, su contenido prueba que la intervención de las dos compañías, Afinsa y Fórum Fiatélico, se debió claramente a una decisión política y, por lo tanto, está absolutamente justificado que elevemos nuestra petición al ámbito del Parlamento Europeo máxime, teniendo en cuenta que la Justicia española lleva cuarenta y tres meses sin pronunciarse sobre hechos que presentaron como extremadamente graves, que afectan al cierre de dos empresas y a la expoliacion del dinero de más de cuatrocientas sesenta mil personas y sobre los cuales, a día de hoy, no existe sentencia condenatoria alguna.

En cualquier país civilizado, primero se reúnen las pruebas: después se interviene. En nuestro caso, ha sido todo lo contrario el Gobierno de José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero dió la orden de intervenir para, posteriormente, dedicarse a buscar las pruebas que hubiesen justificado dicha intervención. Y no las encuentran.
